My brother used to say “live your life like the nike shoe – just do it” and I would giggle and proceed in life a little more confident in my decisions to follow my instinct.
That memory is sweet. It feels genuine and funny and a very valuable mindset to learn about in such a funny way. My big brother was my hero growing up. That changed over time but apart of me will always be little just giggling at everything he does because he uses a funny voice.
Reality is their actions in the present day.
We don’t speak, he will always choose the easiest way out for him. I kind of respect that. Very Rob Kardashian of him. That doesn’t make it any easier for me though. Still miss him helping me navigate life, even if he had his flaws.
