I spent a lot of my childhood observing my family experience the mental health system in New Zealand and what I learnt is - people are scared to talk about it. Resulting in a lack of solutions.
I believe the best way to resolve this fear is to make the conversation lighter. Easier to digest.
That's why I like to refer to myself as a mental health enthusiast because I'm enthusastic about talking about it, I'm enthuastic about educating others how to manange their own and I'm enthusiastic about the changes we're beginnning to see in the mental health space.

Self Care Workshops
Sleep and routine are my two biggest mental health hacks. Before you can change your mental space you need to set up your physical space.
This is done by ensuring your body has all the energy and power it needs and then by creating an environment the nurtures success in any form.
These workshops are designed to help others prioritse sleep and routines in their own lives.

Mental Health PT
I run my Mental Health PT programs in 6 week blocks where we try and create a better process to manage mental health in my clients life.
We begin with a consultation where we go over the 6 areas highlighted and decide what order we need to focus on. From there we go into 6 weeks of creating routines and rituals to best support these areas.
